(Portland, OR)  --  Work is underway on the I-5 Bridge Repair project.  The nine-day project started Saturday and is expected to bring traffic delayed to North Portland and Vancouver all this week.  Crews will be replacing huge wheels at the top of the bridge that carry the lift cables.  Drivers are advised to use I-205 as an alternate.
