(Portland, OR)  --  Protests are getting back underway in Portland following a week-long hiatus due to wildfire smoke.  The Oregonian reports between 100 and 200 protesters gathered downtown Saturday night to demonstrate against racial injustice.  Police say no arrests were made.  The previous night, protesters gathered near the ICE facility in South Portland.
