(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is dead following a crash near Sweet Home.  Oregon State Troopers say 60-year-old Robert Snyder was driving west on U.S. 20 in Linn County Sunday morning when his vehicle veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree.  It's not yet clear what led to the crash.  No other vehicles were involved.
