(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a driver who was killed in a wrong-way crash on I-5.  The Portland Police Bureau says 45-year-old Damian Alexander of Vancouver was killed in the crash early yesterday morning between Highway 99W and Capitol Highway.  The driver of a second car was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries, while the driver of a third vehicle wasn't injured.  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
