(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they're searching for a suspect accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail during Monday night's anti-racism protest.  The Portland Police Bureau says the suspect threw the Molotov cocktail outside of the Penumbra Kelly Building on East Burnside.  Investigators say the flame on the wick went out before the device could do any damage.  Police are asking for tips to identify who threw it.
