(Estacada, OR)  --  Clackamas County is lowering evacuation levels for more areas.  Estacada  [[ ESS'-tuh-KAY'-duh ]] has returned to "Normal" status.  The areas near the Dowty Fire and Unger Fire have returned to Level 2.  Areas near the Riverside Fire remain at Level 3, and the Mt. Hood National Forest remains closed.
