(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a pipe bomb in southeast Portland.  The Explosive Disposal Unit responded to Southeast 43rd and Woodstock yesterday morning to safely remove the device.  Arson investigators are asking anyone with information about the device to contact Crime Stoppers.
