(Salem, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was killed in a shooting at Hoover School Park in Salem.  Police say 18-year-old Andrew Rosas of Salem was killed in the shooting Wednesday.  An 18-year-old woman was also shot and is hospitalized in stable condition.  No word yet on what led to the shooting or whether police have identified a suspect.
