(Salem, OR)  --  Evacuation levels are being lowered in Marion County.  Officials lowered evacuations levels from Level 3 to Level 2 yesterday for Detroit, Idanha and North Fork Road.  The areas are only open to residents and Highway 22 remains closed to through traffic.  A pilot car will take residents into the areas on a set schedule as tree removal continues on Highway 22.
