(Portland, OR) -- Three people are being charged in connection with protests in downtown Portland Wednesday night. Police say 23-year-old Joseph Sipe is charged with riot and unlawful possession of a destruction device. Twenty-one-year-old Cyan Bass is charged with arson for allegedly spraying an accelerant on plywood covering the doors at Central Precinct and setting it on fire. And 19-year-old Calvin Jackson is charged with criminal mischief for throwing rocks that shattered a window above the entrance to the Police Bureau's Central Precinct.
