(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police officers are cancelling vacations in advance of dueling demonstrations planned for tomorrow.  The far-right group The Proud Boys are planning a rally in Delta Park, and counter-protesters are planning a simultaneous demonstration in Peninsula Park.  Police Chief Chuck Lovell says they will try to keep the groups separated so they can demonstrate peacefully.
