(Aloha, OR)  --  Police are looking into a deputy-involved shooting in Aloha.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to the home of 39-year-old Breck Carter Saturday night on reports of a dispute between him and his neighbor.  Police say Carter was inside his home when he started pointing his gun at deputies through his window, prompting one of the deputies to open fire.  Carter was not struck by the bullet, and police were able to arrest him following a two-hour-long standoff.
