(Hillsboro, OR)  --  An elementary school teacher in Hillsboro is facing child pornography charges.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says 40-year-old Brett Cunningham was indicted last week on two charges of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and eight counts of second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse.  Police say Cunningham lives in Multnomah County and most recently taught at an elementary school in Hillsboro.  Police began investigating him in April after receiving a tip from an internet company.
