(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into reports of an explosive device left in the downtown area yesterday morning.  The Explosive Disposal Unit was set up at Southwest Harvey Milk Street near 11th Avenue.  Police have not said whether the item was in fact an active bomb.  No injuries were reported.
