(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a pedestrian who was hit by a car in Northeast Portland last Thursday has died.  The crash happened on Northeast 139th Avenue north of East Burnside.  The driver left the scene and hasn't been identified.  The pedestrian, 52-year-old Timothy Ames, died at the hospital.  Police are asking for help identifying the driver.
