(Lake Oswego, OR)  --  Police say they've located one of three missing foster kids who disappeared from the Lake Oswego area. Officials for the Oregon Department of Human Services says they found 13-year-old Admir Mrsic safe yesterday.  They're still searching for 12-year-old Kysa Sanders and 15-year-old Stella Hines.  They were last seen on Saturday and are believed to be in danger.  Police say the kids may have been seen at the Clackamas Town Center Mall, Downtown Portland and the Pearl District.
