(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a man's body inside a homeless camp in southwest Portland.  Police say the man's body was found yesterday morning near Southwest Fourth Avenue and Caruthers Street.  It's not yet clear how the man died or whether he was living at the homeless camp.
