(Portland, OR) -- Anti-racism protesters are paying tribute to a man who was shot to death by police exactly two years ago yesterday in Portland. Demonstrators gathered last night at Pioneer Square for a memorial in honor of Patrick Kimmons. Police shot and killed the 27-year-old father in a parking lot near Southwest 4th Avenue and Harvey Milk Street on September 30th of 2018. A grand jury found the officers justified in the shooting.
