(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are advising Oregonians against trick-or-treating this Halloween.  The Oregon Health Authority announced yesterday it's recommending against traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating as well as trunk-or-treat events due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.  Health officials are also advising anyone who dresses up to make sure their costume includes a cloth or disposable mask.
