(Portland, OR)  --  Pacific Power is facing a class-action lawsuit over the wildfires that tore through Santiam Canyon.  Two people who owned a home and property that burned in the town of Lyons contend the utility company did not shut down its power lines despite receiving warnings about extreme fire conditions over Labor Day weekend.  Those residents claim that move led to the Beachie Creek Fire.  Investigators have not yet concluded that power lines ignited the blaze.
