(Portland, OR)  --  Police are offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information related to a pair of fires intentionally set at a Jewish center in Portland.  Investigators say the fires at the Chabad Center for Jewish Life occurred on August 14th and August 19th.  Police are asking anyone who has surveillance cameras in the area to give them a call to help track down the arsonist.
