(Longview, WA)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot and killed by police in Longview, Washington.  The Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office says 33-year-old Justin Lee Tofte was killed in the shooting Friday afternoon.  The coroner says he died from a gunshot wound to the armpit.  Police say officers were trying to take Tofte into custody when he ran, prompting officers to shoot him.
