(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Police are searching for an arson suspect in connection to a fire at a park in Milwaukie last month.  Police say the suspect was caught on video holding a fuel canister on Elk Rock Island in the Willamette River on the night of September 9th.  Police are offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest.
