(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was found dead inside a homeless encampment in southwest Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 42-year-old Nathaniel Philip Carlow was found dead last Wednesday morning at the camp near Southwest 4th Avenue and Caruthers Street.  Police say he died from blunt force trauma.  An investigation is ongoing.
