(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating the death of a man who was running from the scene of an accident when he collapsed.  Police say they answered a call about the man Saturday night at Northeast 97th and Prescott Street.  They believe the man had run from a nearby accident on Northeast Sandy.  He later died at a hospital.
