(Portland, OR)  --  Police have released the name of a motorcyclist who was killed in an accident on Interstate Five on Friday.  Police say 24-year-old Brian Stafford was riding his motorcycle on Interstate Five north of Lombard Street when he collided with the back of a car that had stopped in traffic.  He died later at a hospital.  Police say this was the 40th traffic fatality this year.
