(Keizer, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a bicyclist who was killed in a crash in Keizer last week.  The Keizer Police Department says 70-year-old Andrew Polston was riding his bike on Windsor Island Road Friday when a Dodge van crashed into him.  Police identify the driver of the van as 93-year-old Robert Lindsey of Salem.  The investigation continues, and Lindsey hasn't been arrested.  The Marion County District Attorney's Office will determine whether charges are filed.
