(Eugene, OR)  --  Former child star Zachary Ty Bryan is facing charges after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in Eugene.  Police arrested the 39-year-old Home Improvement star Friday night.  He's accused of strangling his girlfriend and taking away her phone when she called 9-1-1.  The incident comes just two weeks after the "Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift" star separated from his wife of 14 years.  He was charged with strangulation, a felony, and fourth degree assault and interfering with making a report, both misdemeanors.
