(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are dead following a crash on the Historic Columbia River Highway east of Troutdale.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says the crash happened last night between a vehicle and an RV between the Troutdale Bridge and Woodard Road.  It's not yet clear what led to the crash.
