(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges after allegedly setting nearly a dozen fires across a southeast Portland neighborhood over the weekend.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested Sierra Murdock yesterday.  She's accused of setting ten fires over a course of about two hours early yesterday morning.  No injuries were reported.
