(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is rolling out a stricter new mask mandate as cases of COVID-19 continue to spike in the state.  The Oregon Health Authority is expanding its face covering requirement to include all workplaces, even when social distancing is possible.  Masks are also now required at all outdoor markets, street fairs and both public and private universities.  The Oregon Health Authority is also recommending against face shields, saying masks and cloth coverings are more effective.
