(Portland, OR) -- Elections officials are warning voters in Washington County about several small errors on their ballots. The elections office says the words "yes" and "no" were randomly inserted in the explanations for Measures 107, 108, 109 and 110. The office believes the errors occurred when the ballot measure text was copied and pasted into the ballot design software, and was later overlooked by staff tasked with proofreading. Ballots with the mistakes that have already been turned in will still be counted. The voters' pamphlet sent out ahead of the ballots have the correct information.
