(Wilsonville, OR)  --  A former Marion County sheriff's deputy accused of official misconduct and several other charges is dead from an apparent suicide.  The Marion County District Attorney's Office says Sean Banks was found dead Saturday at the GuestHouse Inn & Suites near I-5 in Wilsonville.  Banks was facing more than two dozen charges for allegedly stealing money, guns and other valuables.  Police say it appears he killed himself.  An investigation is ongoing.
