(Portland, OR)  --   Election officials are reporting strong early voting turnout across the state.  Overall, officials say Oregon's turnout is at nearly ten-percent so far.  Multnomah County has had 21-percent turnout, while Washington County is at nine-percent.  Clackamas County has had 14-percent turnout.
