(Cannon Beach, OR)  --  A woman is lucky to be alive after crashing her car 300 feet down an embankment off Highway 101 near Cannon Beach.  Oregon State Police say the crash happened early Monday morning.  Firefighters used a rope-rescue system to pull the woman up the hillside.  She was hospitalized with minor injuries.
