(Salem, OR)  --  Authorities are searching for the second inmate to walk away from the Marion County Transition Center this week.  Police say 34-year-old Arlo Silbernagel walked away from the facility yesterday.  He was in custody for a Parole Violation.  On Tuesday, Anthony Bodda walked away from the facility.  Inmates stay there when they're also allowed to work their jobs or perform community service.
