(Salem, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a deadly shooting in Salem.  The Salem Police Department says one person was shot and killed around 1:30 yesterday afternoon in the 33-hundred block of Pipebend Place Northeast.  Police detained one person at the scene for questioning.  Investigators say there's no threat to the general public.
