(Portland, OR)  --  Today is the deadline for voters to mail in their ballots in Oregon.  Residents can still drop off their ballots at election drop boxes until eight p.m. on November 3rd, but are encouraged to return their ballots as soon as possible.  Election officials are reporting more than 40-percent of Oregon's voters have already turned in their ballots.
