(Portland, OR)  --  Washington County is reporting a sharp rise in gun-related violence.  KATU-2 reports there have been 25 reports of shootings so far this year.  That's nearly twice the 14 shootings reported in the county in 2019.  The county has also seen two shooting-related deaths so far this year, up from one in 2019.
