(Portland, OR)  --  More than half of voters in Oregon have already turned in their ballot for next week's general election.  As of yesterday, 52-percent of Oregon voters have submitted their ballot.  In Multnomah County, voter turnout is even higher at 56-percent.  Ballots must be delivered to an official ballot drop box by 8 p.m. next Tuesday.
