(Eugene, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the death of a man whose body was found under a bridge shortly after reports of an explosion and fire there.  The Eugene Police Department says officers found the man's body Tuesday afternoon while responding to the bridge at East 39th Avenue and East Amazon Drive.  Arson detectives were initially called out, but police say it doesn't appear anything criminal took place.
