(Lebanon, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a fire that injured one person at a shop in Lebanon.  Firefighters responded to the shop on Carroll street early yesterday morning for a blaze that had spread to a vacant home on the property.  Fire officials say one man living inside the shop suffered burns and was hospitalized.  It took crews about 45 minutes to get the blaze under control.  No word yet on what caused the fire.
