(Albany, OR)  --  One person is dead following a head-on crash on U.S. 20 near Albany.  The Benton County Sheriff's Office says an Acura Integra was traveling east on the highway when it crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a Ford F350 head-on.  The driver of the Acura died at the scene, while the driver of the Ford was hospitalized for injuries.
