(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly sexually assaulting an unconscious woman in northwest Portland.  Police say the assault happened in broad daylight yesterday afternoon near Northwest 20th Avenue and West Burnside Street.  Witnesses called 9-1-1, and police tracked down and arrested 39-year-old Jedediah Thomas Zach on charges of first- and second-degree sexual abuse.  No word yet on the woman's condition or why she was unconscious.
