(Portland, OR) -- One person was wounded in a shooting Saturday afternoon in Northeast Portland. Police responded to Northeast 134th and Sandy Boulevard where they found the victim inside of an apartment. The victim's condition isn't being released. One person has been detained for questioning. Detectives haven't released any other details.
