(Portland, OR) -- Multnomah County is sending out five-point-three-million dollars in CARES Act relief to restaurants. All food businesses that applied and qualified for the grants will receive payments. Food carts will get one-thousand-72 dollars for each license, and restaurants will get two-thousand-72 dollars. Funds were limited to owners with five or fewer permits.
