(Portland, OR) -- A 60-year-old man is being held in the Multnomah County Jail on 29 charges related to child sex abuse. Portland Police say Brian Trostel turned himself in Monday after a grand jury indicted him on charges ranging from using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct to encouraging child sex abuse, and invasion of personal privacy.
