Oregon To Increase COVID-19 Vaccinations

(Portland, OR) - Governor Kate Brown wants 12-thousand people a day to be vaccinated for COVID-19 within two weeks. The Oregon Health Authority is taking steps to meet that goal. Health Care workers will be able to receive vaccinations at certain pharmacies. More residents of long term care facilities will be able to get vaccinations. And, a pilot program is being started by OHSU in Portland to vaccinate 32-thousand home health care workers.
