(Portland, OR) -- Nearly four-dozen more Oregonians are dead after contracting COVID-19. The Oregon Health Authority reported 44 new deaths yesterday along with one-thousand-59 new cases of the virus. There have now been a total of one-thousand-550 deaths and more than 119-thousand cases of COVID-19 in Oregon since the pandemic began.
