(Tigard, OR) -- A demonstration last night in downtown Tigard is being declared a riot. A protest was held against this week's fatal officer involved shooting of a man who was armed with a knife and fought with officers who were trying to arrest him. About a hundred people broke windows of businesses, City Hall and the police station. One person was arrested.
